The beef tendons are simmered in a special sauce based on white dashi stock until they become soft and mushy, then finished into stewed pork. It is garnished with shredded egg, boiled egg, roasted sesame seeds, and green onions. Of course, the boiled egg is made using the same eggs as in our yukhoe.Please enjoy it with some yam tororo.
